Over the past few years we have placed greater emphasis on our quality department, in order to improve our customers’ satisfaction. In fact since 1999, Industrias Bosch S.A., has ISO 9001 standards certificate issued by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance. This certificate covers all aspects of our production process, from the design to the delivery of our products.
In terms of Environmental Policy, our company is currently preparing the certification in accordance with ISO 14001 standards, which will be obtained during this year.
Materials used in our production are provided by authorised suppliers certified in accordance with the ISO 9001 standards. We manufacture our products using all types of raw materials, such as steel carbon, phosphate steel, stainless steel, and galvanised steel. We also use iron, brass, copper, bronze, aluminium, and alloy, amongst others.
